How to add labels (categorisation)

Overview 

Label is a powerful tool, it helps you categorise patients and anything relevant. This will help you when running marketing campaigns or in any way that makes sense to your practice regarding this feature. 

We will be learning on how to do the following:

1. How to add a label
2. How to link the label to a new patient
3. How to link label to an existing patient

How to add categories

1. From the cog button, click Settings.
   
   
2. Under System, go to Labels.
   
   
3. Click Create Label.
   
   
4. Choose a name for the label and add in the description box if needed otherwise leave it blank. There are a lot of label types that you choose from but we will choose "Patient" for this example and hit Save Changes once setup is done.

How to link the label to a new patient

1. Go to Select Patient and click New Patient. Enter all the relevant fields and under Category, choose the category that you wish to be setup on the patient.

How to link the categories to an existing patient

1. Go to the patient's profile and select Details.
   
   
2. From the category section, select the label from the dropdown list and click Save Changes once done.
