Creating patient alerts based on behaviour

As a user, I would like to create alerts on a patient's file based on their behaviour. This will be useful in order to alert staff members of the patient's past behaviour. This may include instances such as: if the patient is a bad payer, if they cancel appointments with late notice or if they have volatile behaviour in the past. Ideally, these alerts would pop up as soon as I select the patient's file from a search function, or every time I went to this patient's file.
