Thank you for your feedback, from my understanding you want to send recall to your patient by printing recall letter instead?
As you may know, we have been invested more heavily on developing capability with the goal of running Paperless environment which is the reason why you may see more Email and SMS throughout the Core Practice.
We understood that this does not work for everyone and will be looking at some print capability in the future. Though, this process can be quite manual and time consuming to Print, Pack, Stamp. etc...
Out of curosity would you be interested in using Print as a Service where similarly to email, we can send your print to a factory to print and send to patient with a click of a button? With this integration, Print and Send can be done in bulk and reduce manual work on yourside, without having to worry about paper, printer and ink etc... of course the downside is there will be additional cost which can be offset from your manual work.
Currently our workaround is to export the recall list and mailmerge using Word.
