    Couldn't agree more.

     

    There should be a log of what email was sent. Even a sent folder.

     

    This is really important for medio legal reasons not to mention just day to day admin.

    This is super important! Hard to believe it hasnt been implemented already. 2 Way email chat also shoiuld be implemented asap!

    This is very important as sometimes patients forget that they deleted the estimate/ quote emails and having a time stamped email on our end can help de-escalate the situation or defuse it before it reaches a point where we may lose a loyal patient. It is also important that we be able to track the referrals that we send to specialists, just in case they haven't received it and we can check our outbox if it is still sitting in there.
