You may sometimes experience some features not working correctly after we release an update for the software. This can happen because we have likely changed something integral to the software and it needs to be completely reloaded in order for it to work as designed on your end. Here's how to quickly reload your cache when using Google Chrome.
- In the browser, click on Options, then More tools and then Developer tools.
- Click on Network and select the Disable cache option (just underneath "Network").
- Go back to your Core Practice page, hold down CTRL and press F5 on a Windows PC (or hold down CMD and press R on a Mac). You may notice the page reloading at this point. You are now able to close the "Developer Tools" window.
- Check whether your previous issue has been resolved. If it hasn't, close the browser, log back in to your Core Practice account and check again whether it has been resolved. If you're still experiencing the exact same issue, please let us know by submitting a support request.
