You may sometimes experience some features not working correctly after we release an update for the software. This can happen because we have likely changed something integral to the software and it needs to be completely reloaded in order for it to work as designed on your end. Here's how to quickly reload your cache when using Google Chrome.
- In the browser, click on Safari and then on Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy tab and then on Remove All Website Data.
- Click on Remove Now.
You can close the Preferences window once you have done this. - Go back to your Core Practice page, hold down CMD and press R. You may notice the page reloading at this point.
- Check whether your previous issue has been resolved. If it hasn't, close the browser, log back in to your Core Practice account and check again whether it has been resolved. If you're still experiencing the exact same issue, please let us know by submitting a support request.
