In order to make an online booking, you will need to create an account with Core Practice. We do this automatically for you when you fill out your details at the time of making your first booking. You should use the email address that you entered and the password that we asked you to create in order to log into your Core Practice account in the future. This will allow you to create online bookings even quicker and easier than the first time, as well as adding family members and managing everyone from the one place.
There are two steps to verifying your Online Booking account:
The reason that you need to verify your account is simple; so that we can ensure that you're actually you! Having you verify your mobile number proves to us that you are a real person, and the same applies for your email address. The best part is that you only need to verify your account once! You can add your family members to your account and you won't have to go through the verification process again.
Mobile number verification happens during the process of making your first online appointment.
- You will receive a verification SMS after clicking on Next: Review Appointment
- Check your phone, enter your SMS code and click Book Online Now.
As you can see at the top of this screenshot, this is still the second step. If you don't enter your SMS code and click on Book Online Now, your online account will not be verified and your online booking will not be completed.
N.B.: If you haven't received an SMS code, please click on Re-send SMS verification. If you don't verify your phone number within about 10 minutes, your verification code will expire and it won't work! In this case, you would have to send yourself another SMS verification code.
We send out an email to verify your email address after you have created your Online Booking account (this occurs whether you have or have not verified your account).
- Click on Finish Registering after opening the email that you received from Core Practice.
Check your junk/spam folders, as some of our emails sometimes get caught in spam filtering.
N.B.: You have 24 hours to verify your email address. If you forget to do this during this time, simply resend your verification email.
