Sometimes you will need to change a patient's item numbers or the item details. You are only able to edit details of an item/treatment which has not been invoiced. If it has been invoiced, you would have to contact your manager in order to edit those.
Here's how to edit treatments which have not yet been invoiced.
- Click on Treatment from the patient's profile.
- Find the item number you would like to edit, click on Options and then Edit treatment.
- Click Update Treatment when you have finished. Repeat this for all items which need to be edited.
Alternatively, you can edit a few of the details straight from the "Treatments" table:
- Find the relevant item number, click on the field which needs to be edited, make the change and click the blue tick to confirm it.
You can edit any of the white fields in the patient's "Treatments" table, as long as the item is "Not Invoiced".
