"Error message Validation Error: Failed to publish to XERO, business name is not found or Invalid!"
If you see this error message while trying to publish the provider's statement, it means that the Business name of the Provider name does not match the information that is recorded in their XERO account.
Here are the steps on how to check the provider's business name in the system:
Steps
1. Click the cog button and go to Settings.
2. Select the Businesses under Company Settings.
3. Click on the Business name.
4. Check if the Business name is the same with the XERO account.
Please note that all information under the Business Detail should match the information in XERO account, otherwise, errors will come up every time a statement is being generated.
