By sending out the automatic SMS reminder, appointment, and form email, you save time and keep your workflow consistent and simple. Here are easy steps that you can look into in setting it all up.

How to setup the Appointment, Form Email and SMS templates
- From the cog button, go to Locations.
- Choose the location that you wish to setup the templates with.
- Click Settings.
- Choose from the drop-down list that you wish to use otherwise if you opt not to use any from the choices, the system will use the default setting for each templates. Once done, click Save Changes.
How to delete or amend the Email and SMS templates
- Select the letter template from the drop-down list to customize it. To delete, click the template box first and click to any blank white space and ←Backspace. Finally, hit Save Changes if you are satisfied with the setup.
How to enable the automatic Appointment, Form Email and SMS reminder on the provider's calendar
- Go to Calendar Setup.
- Click the three dots beside the provider's name you wish to setup with then Calendar Setting.
- Under the Notification area, click Yes if you wanted to enable the reminder and if you're happy with the settings, Save Changes.
