This article will show you how to link a recall template to a campaign which helps the user to be efficient and saves time rather than having to do it manually.
1. On the Marketing tab, select Campaigns.
2. Select a campaign that you wish the recall template to be linked with.
3. Go to the Advance tab.
4. Choose from the dropdown list the email or SMS template to be used. The Email Subject e.g. Recall Reminder is what patients see in their inbox first which conveys the necessary information in a concise way.
*We suggest to create a new recall template if there isn't any recall template available yet. Please click How to design a new Letter template to further help you.
5. Finally, hit Save Changes.
