How to Add Referral Contacts to Online Medical History Forms

Overview

This article will help you track patient referrals for advertising or tracing purposes. Here are the step-by-step process on how to do it. 

Steps

1. From  the cog button, click on Contacts.

2. Click on Add Contact.

3. Enter the Name, Group and under Public it should be set to Yes.

4. Leave the other details blank. Finally, hit Save Changes.
