How to manually send batch SMS reminders

Overview

Core Practice has a feature that allows you to send SMS appointment reminder for all the patient that has an appointment on a specific day for the chosen location.

Steps

1. Click Appointment and go to Appointment Book.

2. Besides the book icon, click on Location and use the dropdown button to filter your preferred Location. Select your Preferred date on the appointment book.

Please note: The batch SMS reminder option will only be visible when you select the Location view.

3. Click More on the upper right and select Batch SMS Reminder.

4. Hit the Send button to send the reminder to all patients who have an appointment on the chosen date.
