Overview
Checking a patient's appointment history is crucial for treatment continuity, understanding the patient's medical history, effective treatment planning and preventive care. It enables dental professionals to provide personalized, comprehensive, and high-quality care to their patients.
Patient's appointment history can easily be tracked through the appointment book or through their profile.
Appointment history on the appointment book
1. On the appointment book, click on Select Patient and select the Patient's name.
2. Select the 3 dots and choose View All Patient's appointment.
3. The total number of appointments per status are represented by graph. It can also be filtered out by status. (e.g. All, Future, Attended and FTA)
Appointment history on the patient's profile
1. Go to the patient's profile and click their name.
2. The same information on the patient's appointment history from the appointment book will show up on their profile. The appointment history can be filtered out by status. (e.g. All, Future, Attended and FTA)
