How to check available time slots in calendar

Overview

Sometimes, checking for the available times on the provider's calendar becomes challenging when the clinic is constantly packed.

Our system has a "Find More Time" feature that can check available time slots for the providers under the selected location. 

Steps

1. Click Appointments and select Location view.

2. On the right panel, choose the patient by clicking Select Patient, then click Find out more time under Select Time. 

3. Filter the appointment slot by Location, Date, Time range, Days and Duration. Hit Search.

4. You also have the option to view All providers or Specific provider's open slots.  

5. Choose the preferred time slot, click Continue and hit Create Appointment.
