Overview
Online booking can be turned off for a provider or for the entire location. For clinics with multiple providers or locations, it can be disabled individually so other providers or locations are not affected.
This allows you to customise provider's availability and online booking settings based on the clinic's operational needs.
Turning off Online booking for a Location
Steps
Click the cog icon and select Locations.
Choose your Location.
Click on Online Booking, set Enable Online Booking to No, and then click Save Changes.
Turning off Online booking for a Provider
Steps
- On the Appointment book, click More and go to Calendar Setup.
- Click on the 3 dots on the side of the calendar's name and select Calendar Settings.
3. Click on Turn off Online booking, then hit on Save Changes.
