Overview
One of the Core Practice online booking feature is allowing you to take Prepayment/Deposit from the patients when they book online. Adding a deposit/prepayment to your online booking services helps in securing the appointment to lessen the chances of cancellation.
This is applicable when you integrate Stripe into your Core Practice system. To enable this feature click here. Once you're done with the Stripe activation, follow the steps below for instructions on how to take a deposit/prepayment from the online booking:
Steps
1. Once the patient booked an appointment online, the requested appointment will appear on the provider's calendar.
2. If you would like to approve the patient's appointment, simply click on Approve.
3. After approving the appointment, the Prepayment will automatically appear on the patient's profile.
5. Once you go to the patient's Invoices, you will now see the Prepayment from the Online Booking.
