Overview
Core Practice can integrate with your HICAPS Trinity terminal to process claims quickly and securely, enhancing accuracy and reducing time for end-of-day reconciliation. If you wish to integrate your HICAPS Trinity terminal with Core Practice, please review the following checklist first:
HICAPS Trinity pre-integration checklist
- Your computer must be running on Windows 10 operating system or higher as Core Practice and HICAPS does not work on any other operating systems.
- TeamViewer has been installed on the client's computer to facilitate remote support. If you haven't installed it yet, you can click here to do so.
- Let us know how many HICAPS Trinity terminal(s) you would like to integrate. The HICAPS Trinity terminal must be physically connected to your computer via a micro USB cable.
- Check your Device Manager to see if the HICAPS Trinity terminal is detected by your computer.
- Once everything is ready, please contact us to schedule a time for the HICAPS Trinity integration.
