HICAPS Trinity terminal Pre-integration Checklist

Overview 

Core Practice can integrate with your HICAPS Trinity terminal to process claims quickly and securely, enhancing accuracy and reducing time for end-of-day reconciliation. If you wish to integrate your HICAPS Trinity terminal with Core Practice, please review the following checklist first:

HICAPS Trinity pre-integration checklist

1. Your computer must be running on Windows 10 operating system or higher as Core Practice and HICAPS does not work on any other operating systems.
2. TeamViewer has been installed on the client's computer to facilitate remote support. If you haven't installed it yet, you can click here to do so.
3. Let us know how many HICAPS Trinity terminal(s) you would like to integrate. The HICAPS Trinity terminal must be physically connected to your computer via a micro USB cable.
4. Check your Device Manager to see if the HICAPS Trinity terminal is detected by your computer.
5. Once everything is ready, please contact us to schedule a time for the HICAPS Trinity integration.
