How do I filter my appointment books?

Overview

Appointment books can sometimes become crowded with too many calendars. This typically happens when a provider no longer works in one location but still works for your group in another location. By default, the appointment book will only show the calendars which have availabilities in that location (i.e. only providers who work in that location at the current time). We also allow you to filter your appointment books to reveal only those providers which are working on that particular day, or to reveal all calendars of providers to have ever worked in that location. Here are the different filters:

1. Show Current
2. Show All
3. Show Today

Show Current

1. This is the default option; you don't need to click on anything for this to be applied.                           
   
   This will hide the calendars which no longer have availabilities in your location. That is, you will not see any providers which no longer work in your location by default.
   
   
   

Show All

1. From your appointment books, click on More and then click on Show All.                                           
   
   This option will show all calendars which have ever had availabilities in your specified location. This is useful if you would like to view an appointment in the past, but it was booked with a provider which no longer works in that location.
   
   Please note: in order for the calendars to be revealed, they must still be "active". If you're looking for a calendar but can't find it after clicking on "Show All", please contact your manager.
   
   
   

Show Today

1. Click on More again and then click on Show Today.                                                                              
   
   This will only show the calendars of providers who are working on that particular day.
