When you log in to Core Practice for the first time, much of your personal information will most likely not be entered, due to the fact that your administrators may not have all your necessary details in order to complete it for you. It is also important to know how to access this feature, because sometimes your details may change and it is best to update them as soon as you can.
Here is a simple guide to make sure your details are up-to-date.
- This is the first page you will see every time that you sign in to Core Practice. Confirm all your details - especially your email address - and click Save Changes.
At this "Details" tab, you should update your full name and email address - ensure it is an email which only you have access to. This is particularly important because if you ever forget your password, you will receive an email to assist you in changing it. If you have the wrong email in your user profile, you would need to contact your administrators.
Please note: All this information is private; your user profile cannot be accessed by anyone else besides yourself and your administrators. Your password is encrypted, so no one can see it from your profile, not even your administrators; only you will know it.
- Click on Address, enter your details and click Save Changes.
- If you would like to access this page once you are already in Core Practice, simply click on your name in the top right hand corner and select Edit account.
In addition to your personal details, you can also change your password.
