Online Bookings is a great addition to make to your appointment books. Our feature is built in-house and gives your patients the opportunity to book their appointments online, at their convenience; they won't have to wait to call during working hours or for a callback from your staff. Being completely built by us means that you won't need to use another system and risk double bookings or double-handling appointments, and you can enjoy the convenience and ease of having a completely integrated system. Here's how you can activate your Online Bookings.
N.B.: Online Bookings must be activated for your location in order to activate it for a calendar. Learn how to activate Online Bookings for your location.
- Click on Appointment and then click Calendar Setup.
If you do not see this option, you may not have permission to edit calendars. Please contact your administrator.
- Find the calendar which you wish to customise, click on More and then click Calendar setting.
- Click Turn On.
This will activate your Online Bookings for that particular calendar.
- Click on Save Changes.
