Overview
Core Practice can transfer the ownership of the data and patient information to a new business owner. This process is significant and essential for legal purposes. Below are the following general guidelines for the current owner and new owner of the business:
Current Owner
1. Provide written confirmation from all the current owners/directors of your business that they are transferring the data and patient information to the new business owner. Include the new business name, contact details, and the sale date (use the form attached below and fill in all necessary information).
2. The account needs to be settled and all dues cleared until that specified date.
New Owner
1. Upon receiving the form from the current owner, the new owner will need to provide a written confirmation that they are taking over the business.
