When a patient finishes their treatment, you'll sometimes have to add them to a recall list. This will allow them to appear when you generate your recall campaign runs and you'll be able to contact them again. Here's how to set it up for each patient.
- Click on the patient's name and then click Patient's recalls from the Quick Access menu.
- Click on Add new recall.
- Click on Create Recall after selecting the recall Type.
The "Recall on" date will be generated automatically based on the recall interval which has been set in this particular recall campaign. In this example, I'm setting up a 6 monthly recall for scale and cleans.
