What is a Referral Summary Report?

Overview

Referral Summary Report contains information about the patient's referrals. It shows the total number of patients who were referred to a specific referral source. This report is being generated to get better insight on where the patients are most commonly referred. you can see where to enter a patient's referral details by clicking here.

Steps

1. Click on Report Tab and select Any option as this will bring you to the main Reporting page.

2. Click Overview under the Patients category.

3. Filter the report by Location and Date Range.

4. Click Run Report.

5. The page will be directed to Referral Details once you clicked on each Referral Source. This report includes patient's details who were referred under that specific source as well as referral notes.
